Abstract :
A 5MHz bandwidth switched-capacitor bandpass filter system with 100Msample/s input sampling is designed to provide both baseband operation at 37.5MHz center frequency and sub-sampling operation at 137.5MHz center frequency. It employs parallelism and decimation and achieves linear phase response, accurate center frequency and better than 40dB of inband image rejection. Implemented in a 0.8µm CMOS technology, it dissipates 125mW drawn from a 5V supply and occupies 10.25 mm2of die area.
