Title :
SoC design from the mixed-signal perspective
Author_Institution :

Abstract :
Mixed-signal design is best represented by high-speed Sigma-Delta Analog-to-digital converters. They are pushed towards ever higher combinations of resolution (16 bit) and speeds (2 MHz). They suffer from coupling phenomena which can be alleviated by proper design rules which are reviewed and discussed in this text.
