Abstract
Linear regulators become increasingly important in modern electronic systems. Today´s systems include circuits requiring a variety of supply voltages. This paper describes an architecture of a simple scalable CMOS regulator architecture. This architecture offers both voltage programmability and output current scalability. It can be realized in any process containing mainstream CMOS.
