Abstract :
The paper presents the design of a very-high speed Track-and-Hold amplifier (THA) aimed at low power consumption. Tha THA is based on a half diode bridge driving a switched emitter follower. It features 10-b resolution at 1-GS/s with less than 25-mW of power consumption.
