Abstract
The dynamic ITGS is a system which promotes online monitoring of traffic mobility, equilibrium conditions of dynamic (vehicular) characteristics and static (network) features. The pollution emissions, congestion levels, psychological strains and uneconomical travel can be reduced. The user preferred paths with the concept of equalizing journey time and travel time could be promoted. The technology like sensors, transducers, self emitted signals, cameras, indigenous GIS, DGPS and satellite technology are proposed to use. The outcome can be a solution to cities in many developing countries.
