Abstract :
A novel bit synchronization method based on time-slot is proposed in this paper according to the characteristic of frequency hopping (FH) signal. Software design and implementation of the method on TMS320C54x DSP is further discussed. The simulation results show that the method could achieve a simple implementation and short synchronization time, and could solve the problems of bit synchronization in short-wave FH communication networks.
