Abstract :
Spectral and energy characteristics of two benzopyrane dyes lasing in dispersion cavity with jitter under excitation by some different wavelengths of auxiliary flashlamp-pumped dye laser are presented. These dyes have high quantum yield of fluorescence (q 0.96) and efficiently lase in the red region. Tuning range of their laser radiation exceeds 100 nm. Peculiarities of converting selective excitation energy by molecules of the dyes are discussed.
