Abstract
The questions for the development of a hardware-software diagnostic complex for the estimation of the sliding mechanical contact condition of electric motors are considered. It is shown that the automation of the measurement process and the application of digital methods for the processing of information allows to increase the measurement accuracy by elimination of regular measurement process errors.
