Abstract :
Cadmium sulfide (CdS) have been prepared by a photochemical process in an aqueous solution. For formation CdS used cadmium thiosulfate complex. The product was characterized by X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and UV-vis spectroscopy.
