Abstract
The paper considers reinforced concrete gentle shells and roof and floor slabs of buildings and structures under the action of static and short-term emergency loads applied to the external or internal surface of a structure. The authors investigate questions connected with the analysis of the technical state of reinforced concrete structures, determination of their residual load-bearing capacity, reequipment of the buildings with the account of explosible production processes as well as the development of variants for restoration and strengthening of the damaged members and calculation of structures with the account of dynamic loads.
