Abstract :
The generators with use of discrete interaction electrons with electromagnetic fields are offered. The mathematical model is formulated, in which the space charge, sagging of fields in the gaps, relativism electrons is taken into account (discounted). It is shown, that the calculation electron efficiency on frequencies 50 and 300 GHz can reach accordingly 66 and 37%.
