Abstract
A QoS multicast routing algorithm in IP/DWDM optical Internet is proposed in this paper. It is based on the procession-competition evolutionary algorithm, aiming at finding a delay, delay-jitter, bandwidth, error-rate constrained and cost optimal multicast routing tree, and assigning wavelengths to it. Network load balancing is taken into account at the same time. Simulation results have shown that the proposed algorithm is both feasible and effective.
