    This paper constructs the appraisal index system of the industry competitiveness, compares the secondary industry competitiveness of the eight cities along Yangtse Rive in Jiangsu by the model of the grey incidence degree, and puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions to improve the secondary industry competitiveness of the Mid Jiangsu
