Abstract :
The purpose of this article is to apply the grey system method GM, (1,N) on resource distribution strategy in marketing in order to understand its role of performance in the outcome of the achievement. It is in the hope to see the greatest revenue as a proof to the industry before decision making, under the premises of resource supply constrain, is made. This article takes the Taiwanese medium and small manufacturing industries as its research subject; an initiation with the grey method the researcher wishes to investigate the authoritative relations between the resource distribution on marketing and the revenue achievement. A survey has concluded that the top ten important factors for marketing resource distribution the manufacturing industry would like to understand are as follow: Conglomerate diversification, enterprise competencies, supporting system of marketing decision, clear definition of target market, horizontal diversification, market penetration, market development, customer satisfaction, customer relations marketing, and horizontal integration. The result of this survey has been closely identical to that presented in applying conventional statistics method
