  • Abstract
    The state of the art of integrated optical parametric oscillators with Ti-indiffused waveguides in periodically poled lithium niobate (PPLN) is reviewed with emphasis on devices for the mid infrared spectral range (2700 nm<λs.i<3500 nm).
