Abstract

Paper takes the buck ZCS QRC for example to illustrate the passive integration. First, adopt the planar magnetic integrated technology to integrate the resonant inductor and the filter inductor in order to reduce the volume and the height of the converter; second, base on the basic LC unit to attain the passive integration which integrate the resonant capacitor with the above integrated magnetic element; finally, the simulated test is shown that the integration don´t affect the attainment of the soft switching and the volume is reduced obviously
