  • Abstract
    New AlGaInAs EAM provides optical picosecond pulses with a high extinction ratio over a 40 nm large spectral range at 40 GHz rate suitable for WDM NRZ-RZ conversion. Pulses are characterised by a high sensitivity spectrogram method.
