  • Abstract
    An InP-based monolithically integrated triplexer chip comprising 1555 nm/1490 nm/1310 nm WDM, video/data receiver and transmitter monitor photodetectors, along with waveguide circuitry, is presented. A high-performance component with a footprint size of only 1 mm × 5.5 mm does not require active alignment and is compatible for flip-chip mounting on a silicon optical bench.
