Abstract
Intergroup coordination is critical for the success of software projects. This paper examines the impact of Chinese national culture on intergroup coordination success factors through qualitative analysis of semi-structured interviews with programmers from different sized companies. A comparison based on corporate culture, company size and related factors is conducted to analyze the differences among companies. Implications and directions for future research are discussed.
