Abstract
Abstract We demonstrate optical time-division demultiplexing of a 320-Gbit/s signal using a 20-mm-long quasi-phase matched LiNbO3 waveguide device. Compensation for group-velocity mismatching between the fundamental and the second harmonic significantly enhances the switching speed.
