Abstract
Some of the limitations of radiometer scanning imaging are the relatively low-spatial resolution and slow imaging rate. To ameliorate these limitations, the staring imaging with enhanced resolution and natural real-time performance could be applied. In this paper, computer simulation on the 3×3 array radiometer as an example demonstrates the advantages of staring imaging over scanning imaging, especially in resolution.
