Abstract
This paper presents an integration algorithm for the rapid and accurate calculation of the near field of a current expressed in terms of Rao-Wilton-Glisson (RWG) functions. In this algorithm the vectors in the integrand are transformed into scalars and the exponential functions and square root functions are eliminated. This results in an algorithm more than three times as fast as the traditional Gaussian quadrature.
