  • Abstract
    A monolithic integrated TX-bandpass filter for DCS/PCS applications with mode conversion, impedance matching, and high harmonic suppression was presented. This filter is fabricated on high ohmic silicon substrate and encapsulated in a small leadless plastic package (2 × 1.3 × 0.4 mm3). Excellent suppression of the differential and common mode of better than 40 dB in the frequency range from 4 GHz to 8 GHz in combination with an insertion loss of 2.6 dB at 1.81 GHz were measured. ESD robustness of 6 kV for HBM was obtained.
