Abstract
The development of distant teaching always coincides with significant changes in the means of diffusion, distribution of the information flow. Thus, the technological developments of information and communication led to a new perception of the teaching in which the e-learning seems to be a new concept, brought particularly by the Internet technologies. The implementation of this concept requires the construction of what we call "platform of e-learning" which is a whole of software tools intended to respond to the needs of three community of actors in the platform: the student, the teacher and the administrators, because today, the e-learning is seen like a mean of building virtual organizations of formation. Certain actors can play different roles such as "tutor" or "author" for the teacher, a "learner" for the student and "manager of contents" or "manager of formation" for the administrators. In this work we focus on manager\´s community as a team working and collaborating together and with the others communities
