Delivering Training and Education to 200.000 Employees by means of Advanced Learning Architectures

We report on the introduction of a "learning architecture" at Deutsche Telekom. Starting from the request a) to consolidate existing supportive ICT-systems in training and education, b) to get a comprehensive overview of the company\´s training activities and c) to save money also within training and education, a project was set up in order to introduce a company-wide learning architecture
