Abstract
The aim of the paper is to present an experience about the implementation of e-learning at Al-Quds Open University (QOU) - Palestine and at the Lebanese University (LU) and to describe particularly their experience within the framework of the Avicenna project. This paper also focuses on two points, which seem important to us, as this is the first experience of e-learning in our universities: copyrights/author rights contracts: specific clauses and pedagogical model developed for Avicenna project: describing different components of this model
