On the basis of several problems exposed during the applications of the management method - network plan technique on how to scheme and execute plans in modern project management, this paper advances the probability of meeting the project deadline - a concept of "expected delay", and works out the mathematical formula in order to increase the probability of completing the planned duration of project and every node
