Abstract :
Presented in this paper are the results of development, creation and characterization of millimeter-wave Gunn diodes, which have made it possible to create subminiature oscillator modules for millimeter-wave therapy. A technology for creation of high-efficiency and high-reliability diodes is presented, which considerably improves devices performance and extends their functional capabilities
