Abstract
The nonlinear equations of relativistic TWT-BWO on irregular waveguides with operating E0j-waves are presented in view of finite conduction of metal walls of a waveguide. It is shown, that influence of ohmic losses on efficiency in a centimeter range (fles10 GHz) is not sufficient for copper walls (no more than 1%), in a range f~100 GHz this influence does not exceed 3-4%
