  • Abstract
    This Paper, based on researching into the interrelations of MNC and multinational relationships, analyses the characteristics of the brand-new formation of Chinese MNC, namely, Later-developing Multi-national Corporations. Then, by combining the interrelations of MNC and multinational relationships given the context of globalization, it farther analyses the connotations and applicable managing strategies having been adopted and being currently and popularly adopted by China´ later-developing multi-national corporations. Finally, based on the above mentioned analyses and drawn lessons in the advanced countries, some new managing strategies have been proposed for China´s Later-developing Multi-national Corporations, aiming at not only improving the internationally mastery adaptabilities of China´s MNC but also enhancing its competency in the international environment as well
