  • Abstract
To detect signals with low probability of interception (LPI) such as short transient signals, a method based on time-frequency analyses and correlation is presented in this paper. Gabor transform and a special correlation algorithm is used to process signals. The target signal is detected by the correlation peak value. The simulation results show that this method can detect transient signals effectively even in low signal-to-noise ratio situation
