  • Abstract
    Based on an analysis of the urban water pollution, a concept of fuzzy similarity is put forward in this paper. Then a new fuzzy similarity matrix of specimen vs. average is set up through normalization of multi-target specimen matrixes. According to the dispersions of different targets similarities, their weights in combination calculation are fixed and then the overall fuzzy similarity of different monitoring points is decided. Finally, an optimization scheme of monitoring points is lodged. The application proves the scheme is convenient and feasible and it also applies to other environment monitoring optimization
