Auto Picture Classification Using a Structure Simplicity of the Picture and Face Region Detection

Face region detection can be used at a picture contents classification of huge quantity. We can classify as a people picture when there is the people in the picture which uses face region detection. But, the precision of a picture classification is low if it uses existing face region detection technique. This paper proposes the algorithm about structure simplicity of the picture (SSP) to do the supplementation such problem. The experiment to use face region detection and SSP showed the precision of 74.6%. So if we use face region detection and SSP, we can do efficient picture classification.
