Integrated Telehealth - Requirement and Implementation

Telehealth service is an innovation, that can save millions of lives and benefit both governments and industry extensively but it is lagging far behind its market and technological requirements. This paper addresses the issue and proposes a three-layer integrated approach to solve the problem. For this we look at the potential requirements for provision of this vital service under three implementing indicative scenarios for the rural, national and global markets.
