Abstract
This paper investigates on the possibility to design transponder antennas for RFID applications involving the human body as object to be tagged or bio-monitored. A new antenna geometry is proposed and guidelines for conjugate impedance matching are given for different kinds of microchip transmitters, within power limitation and biological as well space constraints.
