Abstract
A novel biochemical sensing method and its application is described. The electrochemical enzyme-immobilized biosensor is used to detect the glucose content from the enzyme response. The responded current is proportional to the concentration of K4Fe(CN)6 active in the enzyme electrode. Chemical concentration signal is converted amperometric to a voltage by the transducer. Using folded-cascode amplifier to organize the instrument amplifier is form the desired transducer. The biosensor system is able to implement to detect the glucose quantity in the blood for the diagnosis of health factor applications.
