Abstract
In this work we present our theoretical estimation of the difference in the brightness temperature between vertical and horizontal polarization at observation angle of 50deg from nadir with different value of the rain rate intensity. In our calculation we also took into account the effect of the multiple scattering in one-dimensional scattering model.
