Abstract :
This paper brings forward the renovation project for the quencher machine tool, by analyzing quenching techniques of the silicon-steel roller and designing its control system. First it introduces the fuzzy temperature controller´s construction and application method for the control system in detail. Then it obtains the satisfying control effect via applying the method to temperature control of the intermediate frequency quencher.
