Abstract :
The current investigation of aphid population dynamics mostly adopts manual counting, which causes the enormous workload. The accuracy is also hard to guarantee. But the computer vision technology used in this experimentation can automatically count aphids. In the experimentation, the aphids can be apart from soybean leaves by proposing the images with the HSI color system. Meanwhile the algorithm is given. The results showed that this method counts aphids accurately, rapidly and effectively.
