The Fuzzy Decision-Making Model Based on Rough Set of the M&A of Resource-Typed Enterprises

Due to the shortage of non-renewable resources, the resource-typed enterprises have become the targets of M&A of global capital. One of the pivotal factors that decide the success of enterprises´ M&A is how to choose their targets. According to the characteristics of resource-typed enterprises, this paper establishes an index system that can be utilized to evaluate the M&A ´ s targets comprehensively and scientifically. Moreover, by using the basic theory of rough sets and gray system, this paper conducts a quantitative decisionmaking, presents a decision-making model to choose the optimum alternative for M&A´ s targets, and realizes the multi-object decision-making in mergers and acquisitions of the resource-typed enterprises.
