Abstract
This paper presents the establishment and voltage feedback control for a switched-reluctance generator (SRG). The DC-link voltage ripple generating characteristics are first explored. According to the results, the power circuit and voltage feedback filtering scheme are properly designed to minimize the effects of DC-link voltage ripples. Then a unified approach is derived to perform the SRG dynamic model estimation and the quantitative voltage feedback control according to the given regulation control requirements. Finally, the energy conversion efficiency improvement via commutation shift is studied.
