  • Abstract
    A micro-CT prototype in the combined dual modality fluorescence/X-ray tomography system is described in details. The CT image is reconstructed using FDK algorithm, and the fluorescence image is reconstructed in virtue of the anatomical structure information provided by the X-ray tomography images. Preliminary phantom experiments have been conducted to evaluate the system integration.
