Abstract
This paper starts with the integrated dynamic capability view (IDCV), the theoretical basis of alliance capability. Then it analyzes basic units of the IDCV - routine and organization process and their relations with alliance capability in details. And then it researches on the relationship between the routinepsilas inherent characteristics, evolutionary process and the alliance capabilitypsilas components, formation process. Finally it establishes the theoretical model of the alliance capability and proposes corresponding hypotheses. To prove the reasonability of such theoretical model, the paper puts forward a structural equation model (SEM), which is tested by a large sample including 147 Chinese high-technology firms. The empirical results are complied with the paperpsilas research design and hypotheses.
