  • Abstract
    Two kinds of optimal fuzzy reasoning methods are listed, including optimal fuzzy reasoning and optimal fuzzy reasoning with rule weights. For them, two main characteristics for fuzzy reasoning method, that is, reasoning consistency and approximation, are discussed. Proof results display that all methods listed here satisfy the above characteristics and provide a solid academic basis for applying them into real applications.
