    Economy going global has been an unchanged trend and Chinese enterprises of course canpsilat go this way smoothly. During this, cultural integration is a relatively complicated segment. This article starts out with Hollandpsilas scholar, Geert Hofstedepsilas view about the national culture model, which is called Geert Hofstedepsilas Model. According to it, the author sets up a model for Chinese national culture from 5 different angles; theypsilare power distance index (PDI), individualism (IDV), individualism (IDV), uncertainty avoidance index (UAI), and long-term orientation (LTO). Meanwhile, the author also discusses the effects that the Chinese national culture has on enterprisespsila globalization and puts forward the solution to the problems.
