  • Abstract
    In this paper, an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) approach is described and applied to a fuzzy synthetic evaluation on environmental competitiveness of textile enterprises. Results of the AHP show that environmental competitiveness of textile enterprises in Hebei province concerned in this paper is within the ldquopromisingrdquo range. In addition, three factors, ability of research and development in environmental product, rate of environmental label and rate of sale increase in environmental products, should be improved as soon as possible, and management system of production quality, management system of production environment and degree of environmental culture approved are the three main factors among all the sixteen third indexes which influence environmental competitiveness of textile enterprises.
