Abstract
The basic implementations of waste water aeration systems using microprocessor-based control equipment have been discussed. The configurations of the passive control systems with one-step and two-step blowers and the systems with PED controllers as well as fuzzy controllers have been presented. The advantages and disadvantages of such solutions and the experience gained in operation of the projects realised have been discussed.
