Abstract
Here we present the electrodynamical analysis of the circular cylindrical rod semiconductor n-InSb waveguide placed in the external longitudinal magnetic field. We have investigated electric field distributions of the main and fives higher modes propagating in the n-InSb waveguide at the frequency range from 60 GHz till 240 GHz. We have investigated only the higher hybrid modes HEmn and EHmn with the same symmetry as the main mode when the azimuthal index m = 1. The waveguide radius is r = 1.5 mm and the electron concentration of the semiconductor n-InSb is N = 1019 m-3,. We discovered that the electric field intensity of investigated hybrid modes is observed in the different cross-section places. This fact can be useful for an excitement of some required modes or creating controllable solid-state electronic devices.
