    The objectives of this work were to: •To identify the hydro-mechanical and mechanical engine systems which will benefit most from the introduction of diagnostic and prognostic capabilities. •To build diagnostic and prognostic capabilities for these components with the constraint of no additional sensor. •To provide recommendations on potential maintenance and operations gains.
