Abstract
With respect to numerical decision matrix preference information expert group judgment consensus problem, a judgment analysis method is proposed in this paper. first, introduces definitions and related natures, then introduces the concept of OWA operator, using the majority experts advice consensus principle, gives the inconsistency improvement method of expert group judgment, finally a numerical example is given to illustrate the use of the proposed approach.
